The FNS-Cloud Train-the-Trainer programme will start in September 2020.
This training aims to be reflective, engaging and participatory, moving away from simply training skills and towards a broad and inclusive two-way training that is part of the wider Community of Practice around federalising food and nutrition data.
Trainees will enter an ongoing process where skills and competences are added as sessions continue and university accreditation provides recognition and value worldwide for those who complete the training.
Awareness sessions are planned in April and May 2020, as we seek to find those interested in training others to use FNS-Cloud. More specifically, at the M9 Consortium Meeting (3rd-5th June 2020 – Norwich, UK), an open session will communicate upcoming train-the-trainer opportunities and seek feedback on organisation and content.
Currently, the draft title for the first Train-the Trainer workshop (September 2020) is, “How do you collect data effectively for use in FNS-Cloud?”
